This challenge was amplified on offense as he struggled to use either of his abilities to grant armor or set up and upgrade a turret in a useful position. However, if you weren’t doing it well, it often felt too difficult to gather scrap effectively. For instance, if you were winning with Torbjörn, you were able to gain tons of scrap to keep your team topped off with armor. However, the scrap collecting and Armor Pack mechanics have proven to cause problematic gameplay issues through their “feast or famine” nature. Torbjörn was initially designed to be a specialized hero, intended to be a strong defensive option due to his armor-generating capabilities and controlling areas with his turret. You can't boost the torb and have his turret be stronger. When is Mercy's Damage Boost applied? Is it when a character fires or when the projectile hits? For example, do I need to continue to boost Hanzo until all of his scatter shots finish?. His ult does a lot of damage, especially against armour. If you think his overload is useless, you are clearly bad and just feeding. You can throw your turret to get to better places, and assuming you can aim, deal very good damage. Torb is great, previously no he did not require forward thinking, now he does.
